Our goal is to ensure every application is accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with current immigration regulations.

Why should I choose Greendot Immigration instead of applying on my own?

Canadian immigration policies are complex and frequently updated. Applying without professional guidance can lead to errors, delays, or refusals. As a licensed immigration consultant in Dartmouth, Greendot Immigration helps you choose the correct pathway and prepares your application with attention to detail and accuracy.

How does Greendot Immigration assist with visa and PR applications?

We begin with a detailed assessment of your background, including education, work experience, language skills, and long-term goals. Based on this assessment, we develop a tailored immigration strategy and manage your application from preparation to submission, including communication with IRCC when required.

Is Greendot Immigration located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia?

Yes. Greendot Immigration is located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and serves clients in Dartmouth, Halifax, Bedford, and surrounding areas. We also offer virtual consultations for clients across Nova Scotia and beyond.

What if I am unsure about my eligibility to immigrate to Canada?

If you are unsure about your eligibility, Greendot Immigration offers professional immigration assessments. We review your profile and identify suitable immigration programs, potential challenges, and practical next steps.

What is the difference between an immigration consultant and an immigration lawyer?

A licensed immigration consultant is authorized to provide immigration advice, prepare applications, and represent clients before IRCC. Immigration lawyers typically handle court proceedings and complex legal disputes. For most immigration applications, a licensed consultant provides effective and cost-efficient support.

Do you review or verify DIY applications?

No. Greendot Immigration does not review or verify self-prepared applications. When we accept a client, we handle the full application process from start to finish.

Do you use a client’s GCKey to submit applications?

No. Greendot Immigration submits applications through authorized representative portals approved by IRCC and the Provincial Government, not through client GCKey accounts.
For security and compliance, we follow IRCC and provincial government standards and do not access or store client or employer login credentials at any time.

Do you ask for login IDs or passwords for LMIAs, Job Bank, or related accounts?

No. Greendot Immigration never requests login IDs or passwords for LMIA, Job Bank, or any government portals. Employers authorize us as their official representatives, which allows us to submit applications on their behalf using our own approved representative accounts.
For security and compliance, we follow IRCC and provincial government standards and do not access or store client or employer login credentials at any time.

Do you handle refugee or asylum cases?

No. Greendot Immigration does not handle refugee or asylum cases. We provide services exclusively for economic immigration programs, including permanent residence, work permits, study permits, and employer-driven pathways.

Do you assist with Procedural Fairness Letters or additional document requests from IRCC or Nova Scotia PNP?

Yes. Greendot Immigration assists clients with preparing and submitting responses to Procedural Fairness Letters (PFLs) and additional document requests issued by IRCC or the Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program, when we are representing the client on file.

Do you assist with college admissions?

Yes. Greendot Immigration assists with college admissions and has direct partnerships with CBBC College (Dartmouth and Sydney, Nova Scotia) and Eastern College (Nova Scotia and New Brunswick).
These institutions are Designated Learning Institutions (DLIs) and private colleges. They issue the required Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) where applicable.
